Shipping Policy
Some items may be shipped separately depending on the supplier or warehouse location. If your order includes multiple items, you may receive more than one tracking number. This helps us deliver each item as quickly as possible.

Return & Refund Policy
At EnlivenYou, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at support@enlivenyou.net with your order number and the reason for your return.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Used personal care items
- Used pet products
- Items that have been damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items, unless they arrive damaged or defective
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only cancel orders before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after receiving the item.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages, especially if multiple items are purchased together. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number.
If only part of your order has arrived, please check your tracking information or contact us for assistance.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will help check the tracking information and work with the shipping provider or supplier to find a suitable solution.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
